L'accès à la maison se fait par une porte ancienne sécurisée. Les fenêtres ont un très joli barreaudage réalisé par un artiste gramboisien.The house is accessed by a secured door. The windows have a splendid railing created by a local Grambois artist.

provençale, prolongé par une cuisine de 13,5 m² et une arrière-cuisine attenante

Au 2ème étage, le palier de 7,5 m² dessert un 2ème salon. Le petit balcon plein sud - très agréable pour prendre des repas au soleil l’hiver - et la grande loggia offrent un belle vue sur la campagne.
On the 3rd floor, a landing of 7,5 m² offers a beautiful view of the countryside. The small south-facing balcony is very pleasant for eating a meal in the sun during wintertime.
Ce 2ème salon de 23 m2, avec une très belle cheminée, des murs en pierres apparentes et de jolies tomettes au sol, fait office de bureau, de bibliothèque, pièce télé. Il peut se transformer en 4ème chambre.
A second room of 23 m2, with a cozy fireplace, stone walls and nice floor tiles, can serve as an office, library, or TV room. It can also be transformed into a 4th bedroom.
La
loggia (25 m2) est une véritable pièce à vivre une grande partie de
l'année avec une cuisine équipée, un coin salon et salle à manger.
À
noter : toutes les ferronneries ont été réalisées par un artiste
local. La balustrade reprend le motif du beffroi de Grambois.

Grambois, village perché dans le Luberon / Grambois, a perched village in the Luberon mountains
Situé au cœur de la vallée d’Aigues, sur le versant sud du Luberon, Grambois est un village perché, très caractéristique de cette région. Ses maisons Renaissance, ses rues caladées, son église, sa place avec la célèbre « fontaine aux bartavelles » ont servi, à plusieurs reprises, de décor à des films inspirés de Pagnol.
Located in the heart of the Aigues valley, on the southern slopes of the Luberon, Grambois is a perched village, which is very characteristic of this region. Its Renaissance houses, its cobbled streets, its church, its
square with the famous "fontaine aux bartavelles" have been used, on several occasions, as a setting for films inspired by famous French novelist Marcel Pagnol.
D'une ambiance calme et familiale, il dispose d’une boulangerie et d’un
café sur la place du village et de deux restaurants à proximité. Un cabinet médical et une
pharmacie sont installées au Moulin-du-Pas, en bas du village. Plusieurs
professions paramédicales exercent leur activité sur la commune. L'école
(maternelle et primaire) accueille une centaine d'élèves. Entouré par
les collines boisées du Parc naturel du Luberon, il constitue un
excellent
point de départ pour de nombreuses randonnées à pied (itinéraires
balisés) ou en vélo. "Les écuries de Grambois" se sont récemment installées et proposent des stages, des randonnées, des préparations à des concours d'équitation.
A
proximité, La Tour d'Aigues propose de nombreux commerces, restaurants
et cafés, ainsi qu'un marché le mardi matin. Un centre médical y est
installé. A Saint Martin de la Brasque, un marché de producteurs locaux
se tient tous les dimanches du 1er mai à la Toussaint
A quelques kilomètres, l’étang de la Bonde permet de se rafraîchir en été, de faire de belles traversées à la nage ou des séances de paddle.
The village enjoys a pleasant climate all year round, mostly protected from cold winds by the Luberon mountains.
There is a calm, family-friendly atmosphere, with a lovely bakery and a café in the village square and two restaurants nearby. A doctor's office and a pharmacy are located at the Moulin-du-Pas, at the bottom of the
village. Several paramedical professions are active in the village. The school (kindergarten and primary) has about a hundred students. Surrounded by the wooded hills of the Luberon Natural Park, the village is an excellent starting point for many hiking or bike trails.
Nearby, La Tour d'Aigues offers many shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as a local market on Tuesday mornings. It is also home to a medical center. In Saint Martin de la Brasque, a farmer’s market is held every
Sunday from May 1st to November 1st.
In the summertime, you can swim or paddle in the beautiful La Bonde lake, located only a few kilometers
away from the village.
Le cinéma Le Cigalon, à Cucuron, propose toute l’année un programme de films d’Art et Essai.
Pendant la belle saison, de nombreux festivals (Aix, La Roque d’Anthéron, le festival Durance Luberon) animent les belles soirées.
Manosque, la ville de Jean Giono, est à 21 km ; Pertuis, gros bourg commerçant, à 11km ; Aix à 31km, dispose d’une gare de TGV. Marseille, à 60 km, est accessible en moins d’une heure.

The Le Cigalon movie theater, in Cucuron (15 km away), offers movies all year long.
During the summer season, many local festivals (Aix, La Roque d'Anthéron, the Durance Luberon festival) are held during these beautiful evenings.
