On the 3rd floor, a landing of 7,5 m² offers a beautiful view of the countryside. The small south-facing balcony is very pleasant for eating a meal in the sun during wintertime.
Ce 2ème salon de 23 m2, avec une très belle cheminée, des murs en pierres apparentes et de jolies tomettes au sol, fait office de bureau, de bibliothèque, pièce télé. Il peut se transformer en 4ème chambre.
A second room of 23 m2, with a cozy fireplace, stone walls and nice floor tiles, can serve as an office, library, or TV room. It can also be transformed into a 4th bedroom.
La
loggia (25 m2) est une véritable pièce à vivre une grande partie de
l'année avec une cuisine équipée, un coin salon et salle à manger.

noter : toutes les ferronneries ont été réalisées par un artiste
local. La balustrade reprend le motif du beffroi de Grambois.
The exterior room (25 m2) or loggia functions as a living room for most of the year- with a fully equipped kitchen, a living space and dining room.
Note: all the ironwork was done by a local artist. The railing pattern is inspired by Grambois’s bell tower.
